MBC officers entail positions for Elders, Deacons, Deaconesses and Missions Committee Members. Each opening is typically a 3-year elected position. Officers are elected in staggered numbers to maintain a balance of outgoing to incoming members. An annual nominating committee, selected at the 2nd Qtly Business Meeting, prayerfully considers, deliberates and contacts select qualified members for open positions. Finalized members accepting nomination are voted upon at the 3rd Qtly Business Meeting and begin their office terms in the coming January.

Elders are primarily concerned with people and ministries.
Deacons are primarily concerned with physical property and finances.
Deaconesses are primarily concerned with people and special ministry functions.
Missionary Committee is primarily concerned with MBC supported missionaries, parachurch organizations and the Missions House.
